What kind of DNS service can I use to register a .com.ru domain? Cause according to them the DNS servcers have to be in different areas or something like that, what do they mean? is there any free DNS servers that .com.ru will take?

This was covered, but it has been a bit. A search might get you the info, but I can't recall what people used off the top of my noodle.
