Hello!
A while ago I registered a few free net.kg domains. I have been using Mydomain for the DNS. Today I tried to set up one of the domains (mymail.net.kg) with Everyone.net, however I donīt know how to make these MX-record changes (or who I should ask...). This is what it says on the page:

"To offer user@mymail.net.kg, the MX record in your DNS file
should be set to:
mymail.net.kg. IN MX 0 sitemail.everyone.net.
Only you or your host have access to update your DNS file."

I guess I have to change something related to Mydomain... but is it even possible? Hopefully someone answers, Thanks in advance!

First, you need to switch to mydns(Click on change at the right of Service Level). Then you can click on 'use mail server' at the e-mail part. Select Public mail or somthing like that from the menu and your done!

Eveyone.net allows free sub-domain email?

Well, I believe they do actually, however what you highlighted doesn't really have anything to do with your question. You have to set up a web accessible part of your site and this is pretty much how you do it.

You could use subdomains, If you sign-up sepatated, with subdomains, and then point the subs at mydomain right.
