Is there any place that i can recieve a "FREE" domain name?
You might be able to get a free domain from someone if you put up ads on your site for them. Or if you find a very generous person. :P

Nothing is impossible, just improbable. There are some forums which give you domain for posting a certain amount. Overall the time you spend posting is not worth it. I think anyone can afford 10$... i mean come one ... you spend more than that one food :P

look bogdana, i personally can afford $10. but i live in australia. i dont have a credit card or paypal. im underage, and my mum doesnt wanna make transaction where people can get all your info from the net. ANYONE can afford $10. you can tell becuse they have a computer to view this forum, BUT i cannot afford to send a money order to the US. sending one is like another $40. i cant afford that! so THINK before you speak.

I had enough to afford a domain when i was 14. I had near $150 in paypal back then. It wasnt till i went to verify that i found out that its illeagal to be underage with a paypal account.

then don't get a domain. Surely you can survive without it.

Actually a Paypal account would be perfect for you in that case and
something you might want to tell you "mum" about ...
Whenever you make a purchase using Paypal, the merchant you are
making the purchase from never handles or even sees any of your
bank account or financial information like they would if you were
making a direct purchase online on the merchant's site with a
credit card.
Your Paypal account is funded by either a bank account or a credit card
and the only one that can access that information is you and you alone.
All the merchant sees is a notice telling them that someone paid them
money. They never get your credit card number.
It's far safer for the consumer to have a Paypal account than it
is to mail checks in the mail.
Coincidentally, it is because of this very same secure aspect that
the company I work for, AMZ Web Hosting, changed all it's customer
billing over to Paypal about a year ago. It's safer for our customers
and also safer for us too because no customer can ever accuse us
of mishandling their credit card information -- can't do anything with
what we never see!

I can give anybody a free TLD domain name if they can get 5 people to purchase a hosting plan from me ( http://www.cawunited.com/hosting.php ). On the signup page, just have the 5 people put your FWS username in the "where did you hear about us:" field. If you have any questions, you can e-mail me at hosting@cawunited.com
