Are there any free hosts that let you have more than 1 manager/webmaster?

I am asking this because I want to build a website with another person, but want it so that we can each log in (for uploading) as separate identities and have separate contact details.
The only site I have seen so far that gives you this is http://communities.msn.com - but that isn't very good.

I think Homestead.com (homestead personal) offers this, but I don't believe they offer server side anything, and you have to use their drag n drop editor. They don't offer FTP or browser upload...

I am after something that has at least one server side language available, with FTP upload and a decent amount of space (as much as possible).
Thanks for the info about Homestead though, if nothing else comes up from my searching or this message board I will try them.

http://www.clanpages.com - It's supposed to be a gaming clan only host, but I've had a few things hosted there. Although it's changed lately and I'm not sure about the FTP access anymore.

If you don't have a clan site (which I don't), then it isn't free anymore. It is now only $1 a month (pretty good!) for silver or gold deal, but if you want server side bin you must get the gold deal which requires a $29 registration fee.

If you apply for free hosting at CFM-Resources.com you can add FTP accounts for you own account..

Servers are not that stable though..
Itīs worth trying..
