Banner Exchange script

I need a good BE script. Don't tell me to go to www.resourceindex.com or www.hotscripts.com, cause most of the scripts in there aren't free, or I tried them allready.
The script can either be PHP, Perl or Python.

WebAdverts works for banner exchange software with a bit of configuration away from the normal method. It's susposed to work as banner exchange software at least, I've never used it for that purpose though so....

It's free for non-profit use or $50 otherwise.
Which really isn't that bad!!

It's for non-comercial use. Just providing a service to my users.
