Ok, well. I've decided to drop the idea of running my own reselling FWP. So anywho, I just want to get back into building my webpage but I need the following:

Any Amount of space
Any amount of bandwidth over 3 gigs
CGI/ and/or PHP
Domain Hosting would be nice but optional
Any ads or no ads at all

Why don't you use http://www.f2s.com/ then? I've heard that they're going to be getting stable servers soon.
