take namezero Plus and transfer to cheaper registrar.
You will have to do this anyway because itz a free TRIAL and your trial period will probably expire soon.

I thought there is only one manner to 'get rid of' the banner...
On my site, i have a sort of entrance page (with my logo and 'click here to enter'). I'm not sure if I'm correct but I think that you must only have the banner on your first page, so you can avoid the banner on the other pages by making a '_top' link to the next page..., so you don't see the namezero banner anymore. I do this for about a year now and I never had any problems with it.

Can somebody tell me if this is allowed by namezero?

the best way is go to www.namezero.com then go to www.gkg.net and pay 10 bucks tto register

So if you have a domain already registered at namezero you can transfer it to gkg.net?

yeah.. you can tranfer it to a different registar, if you want... but you gotta pay.

read their TOS for the info...

If you want to transfer out of namezero, you're gonna have to pay 50 bucks. If you upgrade ($19.95 for some ppl, and $24.95 for others... depends) then you'll get to transfer for free.

If you're going to register a brand new domain, DO NOT get one at namezero!!!!! I repeat, DO NOT register a domain at namezero!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you are lucky they didn't delete you because what you do is not allowed by Namezero ;) Anyway, I've learned my lesson: don't sign up for a free domain name, because it causes a lot of trouble to get your name back sooner or later... That's why I registered my own domain name now, so Namezero cannot run away with it anymore :D

If this is not allowed by NameZero, then it is also not allowed to be posted on the forums.
