Andyone know of a good PPM Ad Provider?? I have tried to find one but am having a hard time.

If you can help i would greatly appreciate it :)

PPM stands for Pay Per 1000 Impressions

M = 1000 in Roman Numeral :)

actually it's CPM (Cost Per 1000)
anyway, you might want to try Burst!, Fastclick, Amazingmedia, engagemedia, doubleclick (5mil plus/month, at least),...

I would but, I have already been mocked beyond believe on these forums. sorry. just doesn't feel too good thats all. Exspecially to be back stabbed by a so called "friend".
