need free phpbb host.

Hi, Im looking for a free host to put a phpbb on. I am making a forum and am not aloud to spend any money because I am Sort of in a contest (long story).

- It needs to be a sub domain (I don't own a domain and am not aloud to buy because that would be spending money - contest rules).
- I need to be able to add MODS and Templates so I need to access the FTP files.
- I don't care about max size or bandwidth as long as it is able to support a phpbb forum with about 100 members.

I hope someone can help me with this and point me in the right direction cause i don't even know if this is possible. Also, I need to have the forum up and running and ready for people to join on wednesday the 23rd so finding a suitable host soon is important.

This probably sounds weird to you and maybe it is. It's not really a contest but me and my friend both have an idea to start a new forum about the exzact same thing. It was my idea but he thinks he can make a better one than me. So a bunch of our friends got together and sayd we should have a contest to see wich of us can make a better one. I know he is going to use invision free and if i can succsesfully get a phpbb forum up and running in time (before 23rd) then i know i can beat him. So if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

I may be able to help you. I am currently able to host websites. I can give you a hosting for 20mb with 500mb bandwith with fantastico so you can make your own forum from there. It is easy, it will even configure it for you.

I can't operate without being able to add skins and MODS/Hacks , So i pretty much need FTP. or a host that will do it for me like phpbbme.net claims to do.
