.kg domain registered under wrong id?

I wanted a .com.kg domain naam. So i went to the www.domain.kg site and requested an id file. Wrote it down and registered my .com.kg domain name. When i checked the whois at www.domain.kg it apeared with other user details. Also my password doesn't work anymore. What should i do now?

PS the domain name is working correctly :-)

Contact the owner of the other PID. I could change the admin-c PID after registration to that of my daughter.

The other person did not reply to my email sent to him/her. I also mailed to the email adres listed at the frontpage of www.domain.kg did not get a response from that either. Are there any other steps i can take?
