One great improvement!!! :)
Also, I'd reccomend a <br> at the start of the pages in the new one, most are too close to the blue bar in my opinion.
Finally, maybe add blue dots for the two dot points at the end of every pages... I don't know what it would look like but it may fit in more.
Best of luck!

I like the look, but I think I would still try and incorporate a little bit more color.

Supermoo... i don't know about the blue dots (haven't tried it but not sure if it'd be an improvement... i'll have to try that soon), but with the BR thing do you mean for the content (below the gradient bar) or the page itself?
Lucifer... How would i do that? (using photoshop or PSP)
carlson... any suggestions? Also, which color do you think i need more of...

Yeah, move the content a little bit below the gradient bar.
Also to try and answer lucifer's next question... when you create the wording, in the font box you can normally tick "anti-alias", then it looks all spiffy! :)
Although I've only tried it in PSP & School's Photoshop.
Best of luck,

----... this is embarrassing... i don't remember how i did it  (and to add to the confusion my windows had to be reinstalled just after i made the image)
Your old layout was better.
(Yes, I am joking)
Still needs more work.
You forgot how you did what? Anti-aliasing?

no i just basically forgot how to create the image
(so it's pretty hard to add anti-aliasing)

Hu? Just type the text, in italic. Then add an inner bevel to it, and tick on anti-aliasing in the text properties window.
