if you run a non-profit org, you can get it for free ($30 processing charge).

Sure it's free to get it if you run a non-profit organization, but it says it has to be an official type thing.

And guess what? That costs somewhere around 1500 to get all "signed-up" to be an official non-profit organization. I doubt a web host would do that...they'd rather just get a license...

Also if its a free webhost, maybe they dont want a registered non profit organisation and so on.
