I have made this template of which I am actually quite proud of, but in firefox apparently there is a big problem with it

This is the screenshot of Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer (http://gtao.net/style/images/explorer.gif)

This is the screenshot of FireFox
FireFox (http://gtao.net/style/images/firefox.gif)

Can any one tell me why it is doing that?

Please give a link to a HTML validating system because I've already tried that and it meant nothing to me

Cheers,
Gaz

thats actually one drawback of css. even when the code is validated, they may still appear different in other browsers. there is however a method that I still havent mastered myself, its like real good css coding, knowing all the effects of code and making the code friendly in diff browsers.

When i make css designs I still find myself in a trial and error mode when trying to make them look the same in all browsers. So I say, that is just normal, I couldn't promise to help you with the code coz it can sometimes be a real pain in the --- debugging. I am just saying you are not alone and perhaps some css pro could help you, so post your code.

I can't think of the site's address off the top of my head but somewhere there is a site that lists all the differences between mozzilla/firefox/IE/safari when rendering CSS code.

I know there are a lot of things firefox does not do yet.

CSS is only compatible with I.E. 4.0 and above. And most of the net surfers use I.E., alot use Mozilla, and some use AOL. I only use I.E. and AOL. but they are linked, so CSS works in both browsers. I.E. I think comes with windows computers (it came with mine) so it shouldnt be a problem for someone to switch browsers.
Hope this kinda helps,
Tishi
