FTP access is not available right now, it is planned to be offered in mid june, late june. along with cgi-bin.

ssi and php are supported now.. unfortunately you have to use the webinterface to upload your files.. use the java applet, u wont notice big diffrence from ftp :)

I am not having a laugh.. i am ----ing pissed and have contacted the FBI.

problem is corrected though.. someone used our redirect service to direct the traffic on our main pages to another website. No user accounts was harmed.

IMHO this service is the second best (after f2s which IMHO is THE best). I was having this problem with file upload and Max helped me out using ICQ and solved the problem. I was chatting with him for around 40-50 mins. With cgi-bin this will become the best host even beating f2s. It's like Netcabins - Part 2 (but without domain hosting and cgi :( )

i just have to add them manually right now.. in july i expect most things to be automated.

Dont't support ASP, ASP on Free BSD does not rock that much together :)

No, I have some domains that I want to play around with but they won't necessarily be that active. Some hosts have requirement, you know.
Anyway, I'm in no hurry and rather wait until you have everything set up and have decided on ads and so on. Just wanted to know the basics.

Lunarpages will execute .php files, but there are problems. First, there is no FTP to upload them. There's an online file manager, but it won't allow creation or uploading of .php files. How do you experienced users handle .php files?

No we have no relation with powow.com at all

and PHP files, if you read the terms and conditions, you have to request php file access.

Yes, on special terms they can be removed!

1, You have to have a link back to us on your main pages.
2, It can't be commercial, adult or under construction.

Soon an automatic bandwidth utility will be installed and make all accounts with less that 500 MB/month be total banner free.

There after banners will show based on how much bandwidth you actually consume.

I just signed up to try it out,but how come theres a limit of charachters on the user id,which is later to become to the actual URL?See that always gets me,and I'm not thinking that the user ID is going to become part of the URL,so I always choose something different.Anyways,I just needed 3 more charachters in my user id/url..Also someone might want to add some text stating that when choosing a user id,it will become part of your url..So we'll try it out.
