In need of fast and reliable host

Do any of you know a fast and reliable free host with instant activation. The storage amount doesn't really matter, i need at least 10MB though. My old hosts server would always go down or it would load slowly. If you know one with ftp access, that would be very helpful also. Thanks, Matt

P.s. I also want no popups, since i'm using frames, all those popups get horrible.
