PHP nuke

I want to make a site with php-nuke but I don't know anywere that lets me host it. If anybody is hosting php-nukeanywere please tell me :)

also I have had a look at the readme and I am a bit confused on step 2 "Now fill the databases with the tables in nuke.sql file: mysql nuke < nuke.sql", could someone fill me in? :confused:

use phpMyAdmin and upload the file to the db on the main screen

under run query on db (or something like that)
