You will not get that ANYWHERE for free. You'd have to pay about $20+ for that.

good to see you stoped hosting as hostus, this time don't host it on your computer

if you offer that plan for free, you'll be popular but also broke..you need to find a way to fund the server so you are able to offer free hosting. and you'll need money to get it started..
