ok, hey everyone that is reading this. I have just joined and have been looking around for awhile. One thing that I have not seemed to find is free templates for gaming type sites. Ya see I and a few friends are putting together a site that in a sence will be like gamespot.com and such sites like that. We feel that starting with free stuff and bringing hits in and going from there would be the smart idea, but I have been looking for a while now on this forum, google, and yahoo. but for some reason have failed to find one that fits our needs... I have found layouts that are specific to one game but not one that is multi genre compatible.

If any of you have any links to places i could find such things or make them yourself i would be very glad to hear from you.

Thank you for your time.

If you're making a web site, why not just learn how to do all of the graphic and technical design parts of it? It pays off in the long run and then you can make your own templates exactly as you like them. Plus, with a website like that, you're going to need to know a lot about editing a template at least.

I decided to try it out for my own with a site somewhat like that, actually...I went from a little bit of knowledge with HTML to this website (http://tehrandom.u69.us) in about....1 month. Doesn't take too long to learn it, and it's actually a lot easier than you may think.

Plus, if you just download a template, you can almost be positive that someone else on the internet has the exact same layout as you. You can stand out a little bit better with your own design.

I have a template that uses php & mysql. If you want to use it, you'll have to open up a spot on the staff for me.
