Ok heres my opinion even though you might not like it. I think that unless the person is the ultimate michael jordan fan and will visit any site with his name on and find it amazing (dont think this person exists) then you wont get any positive feedback.
First of all your images have an annoying darken feature which in my opinion sucks.
Secondly you have no real content which is the essence of a good or even half decent site. I think your very lucky to have your counter on 70000+ or did you just start from 69999?

Well, if someone really wanted...something...about Michael Jordan, and they couldn't find another site, I'm sure they might go there. If they REALLY liked him.

The site is way to cluttered, the top banner is way to big if you're going to have a bottom frame also along with having a small window in the first place, I really don't like the color scheme at all, the 1024x768 mode thing is actually 800x600, and and darken and lighten thing just sucks. Hard.

The page transitions are really just annoying, they slow the loadtime, and suck in the first place (visually). And why do you have a link to the admin area with a login thing (after clicking the link) directly on the page after "entering" the site?

If I had to give the site a rating, it'd be around a 2.5/10...maybe 3 if I'm having a good day...
