How do I make round corners in photoshop 6 or paint shop 7..

use the little curved line tool

Or...

Create a blank, rectangular image the size and colour you want your box to be.

Use a large, circular brush to click once in each corner in another colour (eg the same as your webpage background) to create rounded corners.

Now fill the centre in with the desired colour and there you have it.
