This is an interesting news but I wonder how much will they charge for the renews?
Did they say something about the price?
if you reknew for more than one year it's only $12:99 a year, I thought that was good

It is pretty good, but the problem is that you aren't sending the mail with any encryption, although they might be retrieving it safely. They should not be suggesting that people email them credit card numbers.
I agree, I'm not emailing it. Hopefully I can reknew it through the web, I still have a few months. I saw someone post about when your domain expires with them you couldn't register for three months? I notice on network solutions it shows the actual minute a domain expires, I wondered if it expired could I register it one minute later? I'm sure that's a stupid dquestion:)

I find it a bit odd that they would ever ask for a credit card number over e-mail. Are you sure it was from domainzero? Sounds like a fraud scheme to me...
i'll post the email later
Domainzero usually sends you notices for renewal of your xxxx.yyy domains at a special "limited-time" price of $19.95, and it's usually automated. You can renew your domain through their website, where it's more secure than email.
I believe the email's a fraud. No companies in their right mind would send you an email asking for your credit card number, just like how they should never ask for your login and password. If you recieve anything like this, 100% of the time it's a fraud.

IMHO it is a fraud.
