Domain Hosting

Are there any free domain hosts out there that offer POP 3 e-mail accounts with the domain? Banners really aren't a problem. I don't have to have a lot of server side stuff, but CGI would be nice. The main reason for the POP 3 thing is so I can have an e-mail address at my domain, and not have to have it forwarded to another account.
