Problem in Accessing Web Site on win 95 and 98

Sorry Moderator. I could't find best palce to post this question.

Deal All,

Just couple of days ago I have signed up for a web hosting service. But I ca't access my site either on win95 or 98 systems but I can access the website on win2000. I have tried in several computers. I changed my name servers to point to new web hosting name servers. But for some reason on 95 and 98 pc's still it is bringing up old name server home page.

Any one has any idea what could be cauing this. By the way I have emaild tech support team to help with this problem. The reason I am posing this here there are lot of expertes here.

Have you tried refreshing that page when you are viewing it? It might be possible that your browser is loading the page from your Temporary files.

I have tried even deleting the temporay folder itself it's not the problem on only my pc but on my friends computer too. But on win2000 no problem.

Hopefully your host has responded back to you.

maybe its simply that the DNS hasnt fully propogated yet.

No. Not yet Martie. I have sent 3 email messages till now.

If you change name servers it can take up to 3 days to filter through as Martie said if you have managed to get to you site via a browser using it's web address then - it should all be happening :)

www.indiarevival.org - You should get forbidden errror message since I did not upload any pages to my new server.

If you get under construction starter page from www.mydomain.com then that's from my old server. That's what I am seeing on 95 and 98 pc's but on 2000 i am getting forbidden error message.

Martien, Now every thing is fine. It seems to be it took some time to filter through.
