Title pretty muchs sums it up; im looking for a good host (based on your opinions) that has:
* PHP
* CGI + SSI
* FTP File Access
* About 20Mb Storage
* Domain Hosting
Any help at all will be appreciated = ].

f2s is stable (not good, just stable) but don't offer free domain hosting

netfirms is good but they don't have php

well, PHP is a must, as i use a message system based on PHP; As is domain hosting, as i own a domain.

lol... i would, but im a student and have no job. Its a nonprofit site, and im basically too cheap. Btw, like the site phrozen. Nice graphics

well i was just thinking. you might want to look at http://www.portland.co.uk

they have everything you want but only 15 megs of space and very little bandwidth

thanks for the help. I think i will scrap my PHP message system for a CGI based and stay local with some descent bandwidth allocations (I.E. more than 100Mb/Month). Any ideas then?
* US Native
* ~ 20Mb
* CGI-BIN + SSI
* Domain Hosting
* Preferably FTP, but WWW Upload OK

well as i mentioned above, netfirms is nice

just rememberd about spites. they have everything (including php)

Except domain hosting ain't free and signups are down for the free sites until mid June.
What about Max's new www.lunarpages.com? Will have to wait some weeks for CGI and FTP I think...
