View Full Version : Need a host with SSH port redirection allowed

Hello,

I need a host with
1. SSH shell. I am using a free unix shell account for that. The problem is a periodic downtime on the free server.

2. Mono asp.net (unix implementation)

Account should be paid monthly with $zero setup.

I doubt you will find that. Constant transfer to and from a server. You'd be better off getting a cable modem with your local company and see what the restriction is for that.
Then get a DSL and see the restriction for that as well. Then you will see that they give you plenty to deal with and you won't fork over an arm and leg for a T1.

Well, here is no any options for DSL, only ethernet lines

I surf about 500 Meg a month (general number for me)
Due to compression I will have only about 200Meg on my side
Total is 500+200=700Meg
Host generally provide about 5-10Gig of transfer on their lightest plans.
which is 10 times more than I need.

Well I can continue use free unix shells switching from one to other ...

I think "Shared Plan 1 500 MB 10 GB 2" would suit?

I use Babolo Hosting and am able to do this. Check them out, they are very cheap for what they offer.

It's not my company. I was just trying to recommend a host. My site is realrockradio.uni.cc. It is hosted by them.
