Should I listen to my boss??

Do take a look at www.sdfb.net which I have designed and the clients loved it too
However my boss hates it
And I got to get thru him
Pleez tell tell if if the site is good enough

I think it is good, though you should get rid of the horizontal scrollbar which is useless.
The SDFB animation is excellent until the "do you?" screen fades out. the rest is choppy and doesnt really fit in.
If possible make the page just a little bit shorter so scrolling isn't necessary to see the "join" button.

Idont think the frame on the right of all the pages is necessary, and the pictures get tiresome after awhile.

Other that all that it is a good site. :)

The site looks great. Good cause too by the look of it.

I was thinking that a rollover button effect might look nice on the JOIN button.
