They seem to have been up for a while. If they shut down or something, I can just cancel the price on my credit card. Also, if I'm going to be a reseller, I'm going to go with the monthly 54 dollar plan...and sell only on a monthly system until I get enough customers that pay off the year plan with DONhost...Where can I get a system where a user who wishes to purchase a hosting package can enter their credit card info, and the money gets transfered to my credit card or bank,etc..Does paypal do this?

Think so. You might as well check out Instabill.com.

First of Donhost doesn't offers unlimited bandwidth, there is a cap of 50 gb per month. Without most of the features which can make a good web site capable of hogging webspace and bandwidth like jsp, oracle, audio video, it is really difficult to reach that limit.
The web space in unlimited, but with todays dynamic space allocation, it is again possible. you have been given say 10000 gb, but the question is how do you fill it, apart from space and bandwidth guzzlers as stated above, you won't even like to fill it with images as adult web sites are not allowed.
As they themself say, not more than 2% of their customers are able to reach that limit.
So, I think they have something that is probably viable. It is a good idea to pay them monthly by credit card, but my prob is that being from india, i don't have credit card and paying by bank is quite expensive, so i will have to opt for annual payment and i am seriously thinking of joining them. Any donhost resellers here, please advise.

Try to ask if they accept checks or money orders. You can do the same trick with this alternatives as well. :)

Cheque wud delay the payment by the very most one month. What happens when they go bust within 3 months.
What do u think, given the above arguements, can they sustain. What are their service levels ? Any donhost reseller here can answere this ?
