Sending cash is not a good way to go for either you or the host. If you take more care in choosing a host, then you have a better chance of being with them for the long haul :)

You left out how much you're willing to pay for what you're asking.

Some hosts will accept western union payments as long as the amount is reasonable enough. It's a better alternative then sending cash; you can claim you sent it while you didn't, they can claim to have never gotten it when you did send.

Couple of things stick out there, your always going to be charged for services like that anything with a credit recipient is going to have a charge on it, and how will you charge your hosting clients. You can't insist they send cash or it's going to be very barron hosting.

Your price range is realistic, your only asking 2-3 domains but a reseller with WHM so I'm just guessing it's a controlled hosting for either family or just a couple of clients or part of a company that is as far as you want to take it.

Help us all out and give a better description of what you need and why and you might get jst the right offer, plus a way around what you seem to be against, like charges if your prepared to pay up to $75 a month, most of us would help you work round it as much as possible :)
