Where at? I'm all new to the website stuff so I have no clue whats a good deal and who's ripping me off.

Can I purchase just the .net from www.internethosting4u.com??? I want ForceXXI.net because the .com is taken so... can I purchase only the .net?

Just do a search here or post what you need and hosts can give you offers ! we are not allowed to give you offers as per forum rules but if you post a request and what you need then we can , then you can check the other offers around , most of us have been around sometime now !

Well can you consider this my request?

I need a cheap web domain with a 2 yr plan. Payment made annually.

Hmm you can go Here (http://www.internethosting4u.com/domain.php) . But domains are paid yearly and if you order them ( 2 , 4 ,6 ,8 years ) then it needs to be paid now , and the next time in 2,4,6,8 years time . Thats the only way it works

If you need anything else i think we should take it to our forums or email as this post is getting a little or subject ( sorry MODS )

ject,

also, you can get cheaper packages elsewhere although those are pretty good (might not have free domains though). if you ask for hosting offers, i'm sure other hosts will post them here ;)

Ject,

Looking at the Lonex site it seems you get a free domain name when signing up.

http://www.lonex.com/signup/selectdomain/

There deal is good, there's nothing really wrong with it.

I would really recommend you go to a domain registar to grab a domain. Namecheap.com (mentioned above) is good and they offer paypal.

Good luck, come back and post if you have any questions at all ;)

Also, with me being new and all, uhh 5gb data transfer is that good or bad? also what makes a server fast?? just their servers processing speed or the connection to the data center???

VerticalHost

Server speed and connection both play that "fast" part. Also, if you're on an over crowded server, no matter how many ghz it is, it will not run any faster than a new server.

And I also offer domains at $7.77/yr. And hosting starts at $2.99/mo (300mbs space and 10 gigs transfer).

Bad deal. Really bad deal. (IMO) Why dont you try http://www.siteflip.com/specials/fmh101b.html or http://www2.handinhandcomputing.com/?cifmh=569108 ? I don't work for them or anything, I just know that they both offer great deals.
