Hello everyone,
I'm making this thread because I would like to warn everyone who is making hosting requests here. Alot of people here are only looking at the hosting resources (diskspace and bandwidth) divided by the monthly price. If that ratio looks good, they call it "a good deal". What you also see here is stories about "bad hosts" with "bad customer support" and "I've only had bad experience with hosts". Coincidence? No imho. If you are looking for the cheapest of the cheapest and even so cheap that you wonder "how do they make profit", then don't expect the best connection and the best customer support.
So what I'm trying to say: People, don't only look at the resources/price, or the chance that you'll get "bad experiences with hosts" will be high.
I think a sticky thread with a "How to choose a good host" guide would be good here :wink2:
Well, that's all I have to say, I hope you understand my point here.
Thank you,
S. Van Baelen
