How do you make streaming movies in windows media player format?

From what I know, if you convert movies into .wmv format, they should stream as they don't require you to download completely b4 it plays.

What can I use to convert it to this file format M8?

Try to search for a program called windows media encoder. it's found somewhere in the microsoft site.
