Urgently, Anybody can help me with hosting!

My former hosting sponsor www.subhostsolutions.com suddenly stopped my free hosting without any notice. All my datas have gone. I just don't know what to do now. Please help me with my site.
My site is about online poems, and other english study column based on phpbb. here's my requirements:
50M SPACE
2GB Bandwith
PHP support
1 Mysql
1 FTP support
That's all and no other requirements. but the most important is that please let me know in advance if you cannot host me anymore, then I have the time to backup the site.

Do you have any type of stats for your old site that we can see, or an approximation of the amount of visits you averaged per day/month?

Not very much since the site just started and not many people have interest in poems. But i won't give up! it's great to write some poems and enjoy others poems and provide the stuffs for english study for those who need.

i'd be interested in hosting you... but I don't know why you'd need 2gb if your site is new. I have several sites and ones that average 100+ visits a day that use less than 1 gb of transfer monthly.
