I don't know exactly what you are looking for in webspace, but go to http://webmediaspecialties.com. They have free hosting, with only a text link at the bottom. No other ads or banners are required.
20mb disk space
500mb of bandwidth
php, perl,
and microsoft frontpage ext.

We can cover all of that at Clubhost and we do support "uni.cc"
domains although it is very ill advised since "uni.cc" seems to
often have problems with their systems.
