phpbb skins?

Hi all,

I can make wicked graphics, and slice them for a phpbb, but lack the knowledge of how to put it together, are they built (the template for them) just around html, or more ?

Anyone willing to help me out ? or direct me to some good tuts, or something helpful ?

I believe they're built around template files. *.tpl or something. Should be in the templates folder if I remember.

Contact some of the skin "makers" at phpbb.com, there is one good one who is/was a member here but his name escapes me at present. I am sure one of them will tell you how to put it all together.

Firstly, they're not called skins, but templates (they hate the word 'skins' at phpBB.com forums...), and there are several useful things on the phpBB website.
