OK.. i guess... definitely too much of that red image everywhere, though.

I personally don't like sites that are completely exported right out of photoshop(or whatever program).

Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Graphics are a little slow to load. Might be nice if the red leds next to the menus went a brighter shade of red when the mouse is passed over the text. Too much white space at the bottom of the page. Too wide for 800x600. Forum colour scheme doesn't match the rest of the site. Visitors without the necessary plugin won't be able to navigate the site - perhaps needs a text menu at the bottom of the page. Needs a bit more work. Good luck with it.

I wouldnt suggest using Java for the menu, lots of people (like me) don't have java installed because of the giant security risk.

Other than that, it looks decent.
