phpbb restore

hey i recently moved sites and now i cant restore my pgpbb database any one that can help me?

btw it says....no file uploaded when i do it

???? Any more clues than that - what are you using, what control panel.... yada yada - the more info the better :)

no cpanel....i just uploaded phpbb to my ftp then set it up...then uploaded my old forum database but it says no file was uploaded

I think your gonna have to do it the good old fashioned way with SSH
