Fortune city problems

I moved my site to fortunecity.com because of the 100 megs of space they give, but their ads drove me nuts. Every page you would click on an ad for fortunecity or their sponsers was there. I'm trying to move to trypod.com but whenever i upload one of my files which is saved in my documents folder to the tripod bin, i get this.

Please look at this and see how corrupt fortune city is.
