As far as any that are worth a damn, I don't know, I never really cared about file size limits too much, because I don't have a warez site or anything.

yeah, mifix seems like the only one that meets what u want with sign ups still open....

its real slow with ftp tho

I believe that http://www.nightsteel.com/ and http://www.crosswinds.net/ will also meet your site's needs. However, Crosswinds seems to currently have difficulty in serving files larger than 200 Kb, although they do state no file size limit.
