Playing Music

Hey everyone I need help. I know it's illegal to play music on websites, but I just want to see if it would work. I am a member of tripod and they allow you to upload music and mpegs as long as you rename it. I have a problem whenever i go to see my home page on my browser a pop up appears and tells that this page has content that needs active x viewer, you do not have activex viewer, press ok for automatic download and I press o.k. but nothing happens. Can someone look at my code for my menu frame and tell me what I am doing wrong, also if you don't mind go to toolvideo which is in the menu frame also and view the source, please if you know what i am doing wrong, Please Help

I know this is illegal, I just want to see if it could work. I don't plan on gaining from this, but please help
