Looks like Geocities.

They've got a site builder online, so you don't have to know HTML for that...

But they've actually got quite a few ads on every site, I'm afraid...

Harvey my site is basically hosted in geocities but the site is designed by me
but geocities does not allow much space so tht u can upload media files so i have stored my media files somewhere else .. and my image gallery is hosted in 1asphost.com... hope tht this info works for u .. if it doesnt my yahoo id is band_blue
