I need some places where i can register domains using paypal to pay for them and for them around about atleast $5 per year for .com's or .net or org

cuz i find it so much easier to handle payments

at least 5$? www.aplus.net and www.1and1.com are the closest you'll get to 5$ .com/net/org. If you really did mean at least than any provider will do. Other cheap ones include:
