Just my opinion, but I would try and put a different color besides white for the left column, like a light gray or light yellow. Your logo is pretty cool.

No offence or anything, but it just seems to me like that style of layout has been done to death. Maybe try something different, something that you wouldn't see very often ?

It's clean and fast loading which is important.

Just my opinion, but the green fading circle in your logo doesn't go too well with the main cholor scheme of blue. It's just my opinion though.
And just wondering what kind of poll system are you using? I've been looking around for something like that.

looks a lot better than it used to.
might wanna provide a link back to the homepage (or even the complete navigational bar) on your poll pages though... cuz there's no way out without either backing out or leaving
I couldn't connect..

Well, that a prob of the poll. I'll see or I can change something in the code.[add] Ok, I removed the link. Now you won't see it.

Nah, I placed it there so it wouldn't look so empty. Trust me, it's better like this.

You don't see a clear difference between the top color and the link bg color.

Eh? I changed that a while back.

I'm not going to update the website for about 14 days. It's the big test periode for me. After that, I will have 2 months to update the pages, so everything will come done then.

For now, I added a 'Quick Forum', in fact it's just a script from aftertalk.com but hey, I like it!

It seems a little bland. the Site-32 Logo is good, and a similar style gif saying "home" would go well. Your slogan, "The site for the webmaster" doesn't quite sound right. "A site for the webmaster", or "The site for webmasters" would sound better.
I hope it turns out well for you :)
