The first illusion with the two rings, and dot in the center.. when I slowly move my head closer to the screen staring at the black dot the outer ring moves clockwise, and the inner ring moves counter clockwise. When I move back the rings move in reverse.

The second illusion with the table laid out with white dots.. when I focus my eyes on one of them I see sorta.. ghost like black dots on all the others.
