I am seeking webspace that will not have service suffer after a few months. Many other webhosts have tried to host my site - it's OK for three months (on average), then for some reason website cannot handle requests. My website is very database driven, and some pages extract all of their data from DB.

I have made the move to using MySQL databases, but I still use some MSAccess databases. Needless to say, both are required initially. I am also making the move to use PHP instead of ASP. Both languages required as well.

I am looking for all of the following, all inclusive, no matter the package or custom plan:
-Reliable. Stable. (see above)
-Minimum 3 GB transfer/month
-Minimum 150 Megs webspace
-Both PHP and ASP.
-Both MS Access and MySQL databases. Only need minimum 5 MySql DB and 5 MSAccess databases.
-Use of DSN for Access databases. MySQL should be connected via the usual method within PHP. ASP should be able to connect with MySQL databases.
-Use of CDONTS type webpage email function. I need to email form and lost passwords not only to myself but to users as well. Should be able to send email to address other than my own domain (no, I am not a spammer!).
-Use of some kind of Sendmail function, through PHP, if possible.
-Server must be Windows native (I may look into Unix/Linux after I change to PHP/MySQL but I need full ASP capable server, not Unix/Linux patched for ASP)
-Minimum of 5 email addresses

A huge bonus is if you provide mailing lists complete with web-based archive capability, something like the YahooGroups mailing lists. Something that users can opt in or out without my having to use a stupid control panel client thing...

So, who can offer me all this?

Kytec: When I clicked the link, the page wasn't even there. Not impressive.

LiquidGoat: OK, but my issue of having an ASP capable server still stands. Those are the shoes I need to fill first.

Please, no replies like "When you do go into Linux, then..." cause it isn't going to happen soon. So, in advance, "Thanks but no thanks" to these kinds of responses.

Could I have some serious replies... only?
