5Gb+ bandwidth
SSH access
at least 2 mysql databases
FreeBSD server.

It would be even better if the account had reseller abilities.

Price doesnt really matter untill i've compared all the offers.

The combination of BSD and shell, so reasonable to assume both are necessary and he's more comfortable,or has a specific reason for BSD as an OS.
