how do i get a free .ru domain (or is it *.ru?)?

i know this sounds sort of ametur :o , but does anyone know how??

I mean that it is possible to find people who will register you a domain if you have unique, popular or perspective project.

don't try thinking into it too hard, cyber chaos. chances are you're project isn't very interesting, at least not enough to have someone register a domain for you.

you must send a little form to dns-ru@ripn.net with info.
but i always get error at mnt-by.
