Does anyone has good / bad experiences with them? Do they pay? Are they reliable? etc...

Banner-Mania provide a reasonable CPM solution to low-traffic sites, but they also have their drawbacks.

The company's banner code launches popups at will, and it's been suggested that this occurs to artificially inflate the network's average CTR (since they're reselling inventory from DoubleClick Audience, I believe).

Personally, I saw huge default rates during my trial of the service, which brought the effective CPM rate down to approximately $0.15, but I've heard from a few publishers who consistently generate $0.40CPM through the service.

Undercounting and server glitches seem to have been a bit of a problem recently.

Overall: Worth Exploring.
