f2s doesn't accept new sign-ups at the moment. I am looking for an ad-free webspace to play a little bit with mysql. Should I wait till f2s allows registrations again or should I try any other fwp? I don't want to use kyd or digitalrice.

From what I've read on these forums, and from my own personal experience, f2s is the best free, no-ad webhost. They've been around a while, and offer quite a few features. I'd wait for them. But that message about adding new storage space and resolving frontpage problems has been up for a long time now.

Well, 5MB isn't very much, but what is the ad-free alternative?

For 5 mb how many databases can i use? I only have 2 databases, and medium size (about 50 each)
