Looking For Host...

I'm looking for a host for my new domains. I'm keeping my main domain at nitrozone.net, but because of the addon domain problem I'm looking for another host. If possible, I would like to create private name servers (just so it looks more professional ;)). I know that doesn't cost a host anything, so I don't think that should cost me anything additional.

Requirements:

500MB Disk
5GB transfer
Unlimited email, MySQL db's, FTP, addon domains, etc.
cPanel 9
Fantastico De Luxe (not required, but a plus)
PHP

I'm wondering about the private nameservers if it's just a shared plan :confused4 but using our nameserver IP's you can set DNS entries for your own.

If you opt for the shared and you can give an actuall amount of each feature you actually need we can tweak the account. :-)

The reason why I want custom name servers is because I will be dealing with airlines, and if they do a WHOIS search and see NS1.VERYCHEAPHOSTING.COM it won't look very good...

All they would have to do is tracert your domain name to get exact info on your hosting, anyway I can understand the reason, but in your reply - NS1.VERYCHEAPHOSTING.COM it won't look very good - isn't exactly complimentary since it's what your looking for.

If your dealing with corporations then spend and get your own servers for it, as I know they don't pay peanuts for any service. Then you can present the professional image you need.

If you're worried about your clients doing a tracert on your custom nameservers but don't want to spend hundreds of dollars for a dedicated server, your next best bet is to get dedicated IP addresses for your nameservers (so, for example, the IP address isn't the web host's main site). Unless your clients are in a very technical field, they aren't likely to go so far to see where your site is hosted. At least, that's my opinion.

Actually a good point you might be better with a private IP for SSL if your dealing with this sort of customer.
