Hi Selmore,
I feel that home page of the website is the main place that attracts the visitor towards it,you need to work on that. On entering the site, I liked the cloudy appearance .

Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Loads nice and fast. Might be nice if the links changed colour when the mouse is passed over them. Visitors without Flash won't be able to navigate the site - perhaps a text menu at the bottom of the page. Its a good start. Good luck with the rest of it.

Well...make your own logo. Also, spell Garfield correctly. And instead of just laying everything out on a page, use coloums, use a consistent background. Your background has no relevance. But good on content.
